Congratulations to Connor Gordon of the Tremont FFA for being recommended to receive his State FFA Degree. The State FFA Degree is the highest honor that an individual can earn on the state level.

In order to qualify, Connor:

• Has been in FFA at least 3 years
• Has taken at least 2 years of ag classes
• Has maintained over a 2.5 gpa
• Has earned at least $1,500 through his Supervised Agriculture Experience project working at Queenwood Stables
• Has maintained accurate records for his SAE project
• Has completed at least 25 hours of community service
• Has demonstrated leadership through FFA activities and parliamentary procedure knowledge
• Has completed an application and proved all of these requirements during an in-person interview with a panel of ag teachers

What an awesome accomplishment.
